TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full-time Associate Accounting Coordinator to join our team in White Marsh, Maryland. The position analyzes and records financial data, performs deposit and lockbox reconciliations, and supports internal controls.

You will coordinate with Customer Service, Finance and Operations to resolve payment issues and ensure accurate posting, while meeting daily, weekly and monthly performance targets and maintaining thorough documentation for

Competenze

• Accounting degree or high school diploma with 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to perform essential accounting duties with basic Excel and Word.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills are required.

Mansioni

• Process and reconcile daily check deposits and lockbox activity.
• Review and balance deposited check totals against bank reports.
• Monitor lockbox files and deposit transmissions for timely processing.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to resolve payment issues.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
