Job summary

TransCore, LP in Dover, Delaware is seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our team. Under the supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor/Lead, you will be responsible for delivering accurate information to customers, opening accounts, and explaining policies and procedures.

You will process payments, perform cash out at end of shift, maintain account information, and prepare daily activity and cash-out reports to support service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of related experience.
• Ability to open accounts and explain policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the account opening process.
• Accurately explain terms, conditions and policies relating to the account.
• Process account payments and perform cash out at end of shift.
• Meet or exceed performance goals to ensure high-quality service.
• Maintain accounts, including changes, adjustments, and statements.
• Contact customers for additional account information.
• Assist in problem correspondence as required.
• Prepare CSR Daily Activity report and cash out report.
