Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to support accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cost accounting functions in a busy manufacturing environment.

You will process customer payments, vendor invoices, and cost allocations with a focus on accuracy and timeliness, while collaborating across departments and ensuring adherence to internal controls and reporting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory or cost accounting.
• Manufacturing, distribution or inventory-based accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cost accounting functions.
• Process customer payments and vendor invoices in a timely manner.
• Maintain reconciliations, aging reports, and cost allocations.
• Support month-end close activities and financial reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in financial records.
