Tri-Valley Opportunity Council, Inc in Crookston, MN is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join our Fiscal Department. The role helps create accurate financial records, manages accounts receivable, and assists with accounts payable and payroll.

The position also provides backup to the Fiscal Department and oversees contracts, housing and asset management. An Associate’s degree or 3 years’ bookkeeping experience, plus MS Office proficiency, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or three years’ experience in bookkeeping, A/P, A/R and payroll.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating accurate and timely financial records for the organization.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and assist with Accounts Payable and Payroll.
• Provide backup support to the Fiscal Department and oversee contracts, housing and asset management.
