Job summary

Ralco is seeking an Accounting Specialist to provide comprehensive accounting support at our Marshall, MN headquarters. The role covers day-to-day bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, payroll, journal entries, and bank reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial records and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and at least 2 years of accounting experience, with strong GAAP knowledge, superb organizational skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience required.
• Knowledge of GAAP and accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting tasks including A/P and A/R, payroll, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients.
• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and classified.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports as needed.
• Monitor compliance with accounting regulations and organizational policies.
