Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Property Accountant to support a large commercial asset undergoing renovation and residential expansion. You will manage day-to-day financial operations in collaboration with Property Management.

Responsibilities include full-cycle accounting (AP/AR, reconciliations, financial reporting), tenant billings, CAM reconciliations, and tracking capital improvement costs. Experience with Yardi and Nexus is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial real estate accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of leases, tenant billings, CAM reconciliations, and lease charges.
• Experience with AP, AR, budgeting, cash reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Project accounting experience for capital improvements or renovations.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with Property Management.
