KBW has partnered with an established, growing company seeking an experienced accounting professional to provide immediate support to its finance team during a period of transition. The organization is working to bring its accounting records up to date, strengthen processes, and prepare for year-end.

This is an opportunity for someone with strong hands‑on accounting experience who can step in, assess current processes, and take ownership of the close based on their level of experience. This role could be a fit for a Senior Accountant ready to take on more responsibility or an experienced Accounting Manager or Controller.

Responsibilities

• Assist with or lead the month-end close process and bring accounting records up to date.


• Review general ledger activity, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
