Job summary

The Total Quality Logistics Accounting Co-Op in Cincinnati, OH offers a paid spring 2026 position working with Staff Accountants and Accounting Manager to prepare and analyze financial information and metrics. This is a full-time co-op with hands-on experience at a privately-held, Cincinnati-based leader.

You will manage the customer refunds and rebates, handle daily bank activity, assist in monthly and quarterly reporting, reconcile GL accounts, and support year-end audit coordination while

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer refund and rebate processes
• Manage daily bank activity and responsible for booking daily bank activity into the general ledger
• Assist in the financial reporting process and the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial data, statements, reports and supporting documentation
• Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts in a timely manner
• Contribute in the coordination of the year-end audit by the external accounting firm
• Support the team with the monthly and quarterly presentation of financial statement information to the CFO
• Other projects as assigned

About the Role:

As an Accounting Co-Op for TQL, you will be working with a team of Staff Accountants and Accounting Manager to help in the preparation, analysis and communication of vital financial information and business metrics. This is a full-time, paid Co-Op for Spring 2026.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage the customer refund and rebate processes
