Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst II for its FP&A team in Cincinnati. You will partner with Technology leaders, own budgeting and forecasting, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations to influence high-level decisions.

You will build financial models, conduct scenario analyses, and drive monthly reviews while managing software, cloud, vendors, headcount, and other major costs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with large data sets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; turn data into insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; explain results to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building; influence cross-functional partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across monthly close, forecasting, and planning cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Own the annual Technology budget and forecasts, partnering with Technology leaders to build, maintain, and manage the plan.
• Lead monthly financial reviews, analyze actuals vs plan, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build financial models and conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support decisions.
• Manage Technology spend across software, cloud, vendors, headcount, contractors, and other major cost categories.
• Evaluate technology investments, cost-optimization opportunities, and business cases with clear recommendations.
• Develop dashboards and recurring reports that translate financial performance into actionable insights.
• Monitor vendor contracts, renewals, and prepaid expenses to improve forecast accuracy and identify risks.
• Identify opportunities to automate FP&A processes and reporting.

About the role:

As a Financial Analyst II on TQL’s FP&A team, you’ll serve as the financial partner to our Technology organization, helping leaders make smarter investment decisions across one of TQL’s most important areas of spend. You’ll own budgeting and forecasting, analyze performance and investment opportunities, and turn complex financial data into actionable recommendations. This is a highly visible role for an analyst who wants greater ownership, direct exposure to business leaders, and the opportunity to influence decisions.

What you’ll do:

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including experience working with large data sets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain financial results to non-financial and technical stakeholders
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence cross-functional partners
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across monthly close, forecasting, and annual planning cycles

Where you’ll stand out:

• Experience supporting Technology or IT organizations
• Experience with Oracle Hyperion, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
• MBA or Master’s degree in Finance
