Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, AR/AP or related function.
• Experience with accounting software, ERP systems or similar platforms.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills across the Office suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills with problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions and support vendor payments.
• Assist with accounts receivable including invoicing, cash application, and customer maintenance.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Support month-end close activities and prepare financial reports.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements.
• Assist with audits and special accounting projects as needed.
