A structured Office Manager Mentorship Program follows the initial four-month assessment, with progression into leadership within the automotive accounting team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Accounting emphasis preferred) or related degree with coursework in Accounting.
• Hands-on experience in AP, AR, Payroll, and general accounting practices.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Payroll, Journal Entries, and Bank Reconciliations
• Learn and assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes
• Collaborate across departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Participate in training designed to prepare you for advancement into an Office Manager role
