A structured Office Manager Mentorship Program follows the initial four-month assessment, with progression into leadership within the automotive accounting team.

This is a career-track opportunity designed for individuals who are interested in transitioning into a leadership role through a structured Office Manager Mentorship Program following an initial four-month assessment.
You will gain hands-on experience across all key accounting functions supporting five profit centers, working closely with team members to understand and eventually oversee daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Payroll, Journal Entries, and Bank Reconciliations
• Learn and assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes
