About the Opportunity:

As a result of continued growth, we are seeking a two-year degreed accounting professional who is eager to build a long-term career with an established company in the dynamic automotive industry. This is a career‑track opportunity designed for individuals who are interested in transitioning into a leadership role through a structured Title Clerk Mentorship Program following an initial three‑month assessment.
You will gain hands‑on experience across all key accounting functions supporting several stores, working closely with team members to understand and eventually oversee daily title processing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily accounting operations in registrations, dealer trades, purchases, and wholesales.
• Learn and assist with month‑end exception reports in registration and other duties in an established system and month‑end financial close processes
• Collaborate across New and Used departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Participate in training designed to prepare you for advancement into an administrative role

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2‑year accounting degree in Business Administration (Accounting emphasis preferred) or related degree with coursework in Accounting (basic to intermediate level)
• Previous title work experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Motivated to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibilities
