Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Collect, analyze, and reconcile financial statements and supporting docs.
• Provide hands-on support for expense reporting and receipt submission.
• Assist staff with new systems and tools adoption across accounting.
• Communicate with staff, departments, vendors, sponsors, customers, and the public.
• Maintain filing and records; answer phones; meet department deadlines.
• Uphold client-service standards and ensure accuracy of forms.
