Job description

The Accounting Clerk 2 supports accounting entry, reconciling, and process activities within the Finance department. The main responsibilities include but are not limited to processing daily deposits, monthly journal entries and account reconciling, assisting treasury reconciliations, mail sorting and occasional invoice entry. This position will also serve as the back-up for Payroll.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Two (2) years of bookkeeping / accounting experience if education level is High School diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of bookkeeping / accounting experience if education level is Associate degree in Accounting
Preferred
  • Three (3) years of bookkeeping / accounting experience

Schedule Requirements
  • This role requires regular and sustained attendance.
  • The position may necessitate working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts.
