Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and how the pieces fit together.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; NetSuite is a plus.
• Detail-oriented by nature and able to investigate discrepancies.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with team members as needed.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity about how the numbers connect to projects and events.

Responsibilities

• Keep the numbers in check by performing reconciliations and investigating discrepancies.
• Track expenses, maintain documentation, and ensure transactions are properly coded and clear.
• Support monthly and year-end close processes with the finance team to meet deadlines.
• Track project-level revenue, expenses, and profitability across tours, shows, and experiences.
• Maintain accurate records in NetSuite and other accounting systems and keep data up to date.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams and contribute to new projects as they arise.
