Job Description

Nations Roof is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Winter Garden, FL. This position is full-time, in-office, with a Monday-Friday schedule. Our projects include commercial construction, industrial, hospitality, retail, office buildings, multifamily, residential, and green roofs.

Purpose: Support the accounting department with clerical and accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers regarding accounts and billing
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Manage checks, invoices, and bank deposits
• Post and reconcile deposits and accounts
• Maintain clear communication

Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years in an accounting role
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of construction software like Viewpoint is a plus
• Construction accounting knowledge is a plus
