Job description

About the position:

This position will be assigned to the Community Services Flight, at the Manatee Cove Marina.

This position offers benefits including Health and Life Insurance, 401K, Retirement, Annual and Sick Leave.

This is a part-time role with guaranteed hours of 20 per week.

Qualifications:

Qualifying Experience:

• Knowledge of property management systems to track funds and expenditures, and to identify discrepancies.
• Proficiency in word processing and accounts receivable programs to perform basic functions and generate reports.
• Understanding of account relationships and reconciliation processes.
• Ability to interpret technical procedures or regulations, and to write reports and manuals.
• Proficiency in standard office software and effective communication skills.
• Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and interpretation of graphs.
• Ability to follow instructions in written, oral, or diagram form, and to solve problems involving multiple variables.
• Fluency in reading, speaking, and writing English.
• Ability to pass a Tier 1, National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).
