Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting tasks including A/P, A/R and general ledger for the assigned location.
• Review and verify payroll accuracy; generate and correct reports per pay period.
• Prepare payments (invoices, settlements, IRS fuel levies, bonus) and enter in system.
• Collect and analyze data; prepare and distribute reports to relevant staff.
• Review production reports for accuracy and coordinate with operations to fix discrepancies.
• Prepare general ledger entries and reconcile discrepancies before posting.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve unmatched invoices.
• Cross-train staff on new policies and procedures.
