Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Strong communication and numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Match, code and enter invoices; maintain vendor files; review vendor invoices.
• Review and verify payroll accuracy; generate reports and correct data as needed.
• Calculate and prepare payments (grower settlements, bank assignments, bonuses).
• Enter general ledger data and reconcile discrepancies prior to posting.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve unmatched invoices and train others on new policies.
