Responsibilities

• Review and process vendor invoices

• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Maintain accurate accounting and financial records
• Assist with general accounting and administrative duties as needed
• Ensure accounting records are accurate, organized, and up to date

Temporary | 3–6 Months | Potential to Extend

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to provide accounting support during a leave of absence. This position is expected to last 3–6 months, with the potential to extend for the right candidate. Healthcare industry experience is required.

Please note: This is NOT a medical billing position. The primary focus is on accounting, vendor payments, general accounting, and financial recordkeeping.
