Winter Haven, FL

Mahalak Auto Group – A Strong, Established Automotive Dealer Group is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to handle high-volume transactions in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial to keeping our financial operations running smoothly, and we need someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.

What You’ll Do

  • Process and reconcile daily deposits, including cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely filing of required documents.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and assist in resolving discrepancies.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Assist with month-end closings and account reconciliations.
  • Keep your workspace organized and maintain professional conduct.

What We’re Looking For

  • Automotive industry experience required (dealership experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds software is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
