Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk with experience in the medical field to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing invoice processing, vendor payments, and maintaining accurate financial records related to healthcare services and supplies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process and verify invoices related to medical services and supplies
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and execute payments via check, ACH, or wire
• Maintain organized financial records and support month-end closing
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding AP inquiries

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a medical setting
• Familiarity with medical billing / coding systems a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
