We are seeking an AR/AP Specialist for a contract-to-hire position. This role involves performing basic accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and check cutting. The position offers a hybrid schedule and an opportunity to work in a growing accounting department within a business office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and recording payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records for accuracy.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes with the Controller.
• Cut checks accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize AR/AP systems for accounting tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range is $21.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility for benefits depends on job classification and employment duration. Benefits may include:
