Prestige Ford is hiring an Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our Florida team. The role supports daily deposits, PO and invoice processing, and general ledger activities in a dealership setting. The position offers training, a strong culture, and opportunities for advancement.

Ideal candidates have prior accounting experience, excellent communication, and a professional appearance. This full-time role requires punctuality and flexibility with scheduling, plus a clean driving record and valid

Responsibilities

• Handle daily deposits with accuracy.
• Process all POs and invoices in a timely manner.
• Perform general ledger reconciliation.
• Confirm all inventory has been paid off.
• Process Dealer Trades.
• Other tasks as assigned by Office Manager.
