Prestige Ford Inc. is seeking an Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our team. The role supports daily deposits, processing POs/invoices, and general ledger tasks in a busy automotive dealership environment.

Formación

• Previous Accounting Experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outgoing and positive demeanor.
• Professional presentation.
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility.
• A clean driving record & a valid driver's license.
• A professional appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily deposits with accuracy.
• Process all POs and invoices in a timely manner.
• Perform general ledger reconciliation.
• Confirm all inventory has been paid off.
• Process Dealer Trades.
• Other tasks as assigned by Office Manager.
