Connectronics Corp. in Toledo, Ohio is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support all areas of the accounting function. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

The successful candidate will handle day-to-day entries, accounts payable and receivable processes, bank reconciliations, and vendor maintenance while contributing to inventory counts and internal control adherence.

Responsabilités

• Correctly record day-to-day financial transactions.
• Responsible for the full end-to-end management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank accounts on a daily and monthly basis.
• Responsible for daily commissions reporting and monthly accruals.
• Generate and maintain new vendor applications.
• Assist in physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Help ensure compliance with GAAP and internal finance policies.
• Provide accounting support and other administrative duties and tasks as required/assigned.
