Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; able to multi-task and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately.
• Manage full end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank accounts daily and monthly.
• Handle daily commissions reporting and monthly accruals.
• Generate and maintain new vendor applications.
• Assist in physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Support GAAP compliance and internal finance policies.
