Job summary

Connectronics Corp. in Toledo, OH seeks an Accounting Clerk to support all accounting functions, maintaining records, processing transactions, and ensuring GAAP compliance.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree in Accounting/Finance and 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software. You will interact with senior management and contribute to accurate, timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with accounting/manufacturing software.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with Connectronics Corp and HEICO senior management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexible and able to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions.
• End-to-end management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank accounts daily and monthly.
• Handle daily commissions reporting and monthly accruals.
• Generate and maintain new vendor applications.
• Assist in physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
• Provide accounting support and related administrative duties.
