Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our accounting and finance operations. This role helps ensure the accuracy of financial records, supports daily accounting activities, and maintains compliance with company policies and procedures.

You will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, process accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and prepare reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in an accounting or clerical role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting systems is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

About The Role
