Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoices, payments, and customer billing
• Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations
• Assist with journal entries and maintaining accurate financial records
• Review financial transactions for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized accounting documentation and supporting schedules
• Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting
• Perform data entry and ensure accounting information is entered accurately into the system
• Support additional accounting functions and projects as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an accounting clerk or similar accounting support role
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and standard accounting procedures
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general accounting functions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
