Job summary

CFS in Minnesota is seeking an Accounting Associate to join our hybrid team. This entry‑level role offers practical experience across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger tasks while you build core accounting skills.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or related experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Assist with account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
• Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting processes.
• Enter and maintain accurate financial data within accounting systems.
• Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and documentation management.
• Support the accounting team with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
