Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research or resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare invoices and supporting documentation for payment.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
• Prepare and process customer invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
• Assist with collection of outstanding accounts receivable.
• Research and resolve customer billing or account discrepancies.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Enter and maintain accounting information in Sage and other company systems.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

• Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy.
