Fields Auto Group is seeking energetic team members for an accounting role within our dealership environment. You will perform basic accounting tasks, assist with AP/AR, and manage title documents and dealer trades to support daily operations.

Formación

• Automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in an accounting role.
• Accounting degree or related qualification is a plus.
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Perform basic and routine accounting functions.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes; reconcile and prepare daily cash deposits and update receivable ledger.
• Post accounts payable invoices and prepare checks.
• Research and respond to receivable and vendor inquiries.
• Assist in processing car deals and dealer trades; scan invoices and prepare copies.
• Prepare tax and title documents and submit transfer work to DMV; maintain title records.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and routine accounting functions
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable processes; reconcile and prepare daily cash deposit, credit card deposit, update receivable ledger
• Post accounts payable invoices
• Prepare accounts payable checks
• Research and answer all receivable and vendor inquiries
• Assist in processing car deals
• Process Dealer Trades by scanning to SS and making extra copy of incoming invoice for sales
• Prepare tax and title documents.
• Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles
• Compile and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership experience a plus
• 2+years of experience working in accounting role
• Accounting associate or bachelor’s degree a plus
• Positive attitude & very outgoing personality
• Exceptional written & oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask
