About the Role:

My client is seeking a detail-oriented Job Clerk to assist with basic Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. This role is ideal for a college student majoring in Accounting or an entry-level candidate eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.

Responsibilities:

Support AP/AR transactions, including invoice processing and payment tracking Maintain financial records and assist with data entry and account reconciliation Perform general administrative tasks related to accounting Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Current college student majoring in Accounting or entry-level candidate with basic accounting knowledge Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and financial concepts Ability to work on-site two days per week (preferred) Reliable, organized, and eager to learn
