We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Calendar / Docket Clerk. You will be responsible for reviewing and managing court filings and incoming mail, & calculating and calendaring legal deadlines. This role requires a strong commitment to accuracy and the ability to stay focused under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track, calculate and calendar critical deadlines, including hearings, depositions, expert disclosures, and discovery cutoffs in compliance with court rules and firm procedures
  • Communicate calendar events clearly and promptly to attorneys, paralegals, and legal secretaries
  • Maintain meticulous records and logs of all
  • Ensure all deadlines are tracked and met

Qualifications:

  • Previous calendaring or docketing experience, preferably in civil defense litigation
  • Strong understanding of court rules and calendaring tools (e.g., LawToolBox, Compulaw, CARET Legal)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume of deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of accountability and time management

Pay: $24-$30 per hour

Full medical benefits + 401K
