• Analyze account balances and assist with reconcilation.
• Review short pays, freight charges, and fixed assets as needed.
• Support internship, bookkeeping, AP/AR, or general accounting tasks.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• There is multiple positions, the team will be able to support specific projects based on individual strengths and experienceProvide general accounting and operational support

• Review transactions to ensure items are booked to the correct ledger
• Compare and reconcile data from different areas of the system
• Identify discrepancies and make necessary adjustments
• Analyze account balances and assist with reconciliation efforts

• Required Experience & Education Accounting experience preferred, but open to entry-level candidates and recent graduates
• Internship, bookkeeping, AP, AR, or general accounting experience a plus
• Experience with Oracle ERP is preferred, but not required
• Strong interest in developing hands‑on accounting skills in a corporate environment
