Job summary

ExecuSource is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Support Specialist in Greenville, SC for approximately 30 hours per week on a long-term contract with potential for permanent hire, onsite with flexible scheduling.

You will perform and reconcile multiple bank accounts, investigate AR discrepancies, support audit preparation, and assist the team with daily and monthly accounting tasks in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Previous accounting experience required.
• Experience performing bank reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and issue resolution.
• Experience using Blackbaud a plus!
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
