Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

HealthLink Dimensions is a leading-edge Atlanta-based technology company that works with the nation’s largest pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, health plans, and marketing agencies to provide the most comprehensive database of healthcare professionals in the nation.

The successful Accounting Clerk will be reliable, detail oriented and looking for an opportunity to contribute to a collaborative work environment. This position will play a key role in supporting our accounting operations and ensuring financial accuracy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage the full Accounts Payable process, including invoice entry, payment processing and vendor communication
  • Handle the full Accounts Receivable process, including invoicing, payment tracking and client follow-ups
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed
  • Communicate professionally with the internal team members and external clients via email & phone
  • Use Microsoft Outlook and other standard office tools to manage correspondence and scheduling

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma
  • Relevant accounting experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and general office software
  • Must be available to work in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Typically remote the other three days.
