Job summary

Rolling Green Village in Greenville, SC is seeking a hospitality minded Billing Specialist for a full-time position. You will input data for resident billing, verify insurance, and manage accounts receivable to keep aging balances low.

You will set up new payors, run reports, post payments, and support the Accounting Supervisor and Director. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have experience with resident billing and data entry.
• Knowledge of insurance verifications and accounts receivable.
• Ability to run reports and maintain ledgers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Compiles and inputs data into the computer for Resident billing.
• Performs Insurance verifications as necessary.
• Compiles and Inputs data into the computer for assigned areas of billing.
• Follows up on all account receivables to insure aging accounts are collected.
• Sets up new payor sources as necessary.
• Runs necessary reports. Maintains backup and support documents.
• Maintains ledgers and storage binders in an orderly fashion.
• Posts payments to the receivable.
• Assists Accounting Supervisor & Director with accounting duties, as assigned.
