Job summary

Toot’n Totum is seeking an Accounting Auditor to join our Finance team in a busy retail/c-store environment. You will provide audit support to assigned businesses and ensure accurate processing of vendor billing, store deposits, and inventory checks.

You will reconcile bank statements, communicate with management, and help drive continuous improvement while protecting confidentiality and integrity in all financial activities.

Qualifications

• Two years’ accounting experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Processes vendor billing, store deposits, and inventory audits.
• Reconciles bank and check reconciliations for Car Care Centers.
• Sends monthly statements to customers and processes payments.

Summary:The Accounting Auditor serves as an integral part of the Finance team by providing technical and analytical expertise to a busy retail/c-store environment. This position is responsible for providing audit support to assigned businesses under the Toot’n Totum family of companies.Supervisory Responsibilities:NoneEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Ensures proper processing of various vendor billing, store deposits, and inventory audits for Car Care Centers.Reconciles bank and check reconciliations for the Car Care Centers.Sends monthly statements to customers and processes customer payments.Supports and facilitates organizational changes, continuous improvement, and communication.Establishes and fosters relationships with management and all team members that will enable the Finance function to be viewed as an integral part of the business.Embody personal leadership qualities through the following: Be in the moment to ensure authentic and humanistic interactions.
