A leading company in the accounting sector seeks an Accounting Associate II to handle cash posting and account reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of accounting experience, particularly in the construction industry, and possess strong communication skills. The Accounting Associate II is primarily responsible for timely and accurate posting of cash receipts to customer accounts, balance the cash applied daily and research and assist in resolving payment discrepancies. This position is expected to standardize processes, where possible, and to make recommendations for ways to improve processes and procedures as well as implement automation opportunities.
