Job summary

Withings is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our finance team on a long-term contract basis in Boston. The role focuses on accounts payable and chargeback processing, with room to take on additional accounting tasks as needed.

You will perform high-volume data entry, reconcile invoices and vendor accounts, and support month-end close, collaborating with the Accountant and broader finance team. Hybrid Boston office schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Familiarity with Yooz or similar AP automation software is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Review, research, and resolve chargebacks.
• Perform accurate, high-volume data entry into accounting systems.
• Reconcile invoices, statements, and vendor accounts.
• Assist with month-end close activities and other accounting tasks.
• Collaborate with the Accountant and broader finance team on ad hoc projects and process improvements.
• Maintain organized documentation to support audit and compliance needs.

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our finance team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you'll primarily support accounts payable and chargeback processing, with opportunities to take on additional accounting responsibilities as the team's needs evolve. What You'll Do
