Qualifications

• Must have previous accounting experience and advanced Excel skills.
• Clerical, inventory reconciliation and data-entry experience preferred.
• Performs data entry for invoices, transfers and other accounting transactions.
• Reconciles cash deposits to ensure accurate collections.
• Processes requests related to vending machine installations, moves, changes, removals and updates.

Responsibilities

• Answer central telephone system and direct calls accordingly.
• Operate office machines.
• Prepare outgoing mail; sort and distribute incoming mail.
• Duplicate and distribute materials.
• Compose, type and edit correspondence, reports, memoranda and other material.
• Open incoming correspondence and determine appropriate action and priority.
• Maintain an accurate, complete filing system to facilitate retrieval of documents.
• Maintain office supply inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
