Responsibilities

• Enter inventory requisitions daily into Oracle.
• Process accounts payable: match invoices with receiving tickets and enter for payment.
• Scan vendor invoices into system and file alphabetically.
• Coordinate with office manager, purchasing, and receiving for PO corrections.
• Enter OSL payroll weekly as calculated by HR.
• Assist with special projects as required.
• Read and route incoming mail.
• Run accounts payable reports monthly to clear errors before month end.
• Condense vendor statements to avoid skipped payments.
• Answer and screen telephone calls and assist visitors.
