Job summary

Springfield Courtyard - Atrium Hospitality is seeking an accounting-minded professional for a full-time role at our Springfield, MO location. You will handle daily income audits, billing, and deposits while safeguarding guest and company information with integrity.

You'll support hotel operations with clerical tasks and assist in closing the books with accurate ledgers and reports using Excel, Workbooks, and Access. Prior hotel accounting experience is a plus; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience in hotel accounting or front desk operations is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and POS/PMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily income audit, billing, collections, accounts payable, and deposit tasks.

Full time Compensation Range : $21.50-$22.58
