Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Accounting Associate located in St. Paul, MN. The Accounting Associate supports the daily financial operations of the school and parish, with key responsibilities in accounts payable, payroll, donations processing, and general ledger accounting. This role requires confidentiality, accuracy, and a strong alignment with the mission of Catholic education.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable or similar financial role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn our accounting software
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and general ledger functions
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data
• Effective communication skills—both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality
• Appreciation for the mission of the Catholic Church; respect for Catholic doctrine and practices
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
