Job summary

Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) seeks a Utah State University student majoring in accounting to support day-to-day accounting operations. The position involves accounts payable, data entry, GL account reconciliation, and preparing accounting schedules using Excel.

It is a part-time role during the school year and can be full-time during summer if the schedule allows. Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in accounting, possess strong MS Office skills, and can commit to the SDL Student Scholar

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at Utah State University majoring in accounting.
• Able to work 15–20 hours/week during the school year and 20–40 hours/week in the summer.
• US citizen, permanent resident, or other US person.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and data entry.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare various accounting schedules using Excel.
