Job summary

Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is seeking a detail-oriented student to assist with shipping and receiving on our Utah campus. The role includes handling packages, inventory, and mail distribution, plus data entry and related duties.

Qualified candidates are Utah State University students with at least one year left, available 15–20 hours weekly during the semester and up to 40 hours in summer. US citizenship and ability to obtain DoD security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Utah State University student.
• Must have at least one year of school remaining.
• Must be able to work 15-20 hours per week during semesters and up to 40 hours per week during summer.
• Must have a strong work ethic and be self-directed.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a DoD security clearance.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assists with shipping/receiving, including packing, inventory, and record keeping.
• Processes, delivers, and picks up incoming/outgoing mail.
• Maintains mail distribution boxes across SDL’s campus.
• Data entry and related clerical tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
