Straub Automotive Group in Triadelphia, WV is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our business office. Grow your accounting career in a family-owned dealership with stable hours and a supportive team.

Responsibilities include processing deposits and invoices, reconciliations, and maintaining MSO records while providing reliable office support and customer service at the rental desk when needed.

Formación

• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, AP or AR.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Process and post daily bank deposits and invoices.
• Reconcile accounts, vendor statements, and credit card statements.
• Maintain Manufacturer's Statement of Origin records.
• Set up vendor records and process warranty cancellations.
• Assist with digital and paper filing and general office duties.
• Step in at the rental desk when needed and deliver great customer service.
• Help the accounting team with additional projects.
